I'm stuck here till 6

As a result of the earlier Manila Peninsula incident, involving Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and Brigadier General Danilo Lim the government has imposed a curfew throughout Metro Manila, in Central Luzon , and the CALABARZON area.

I'm sure this will affect the schedule of everyone doing graveyard shifts, may it be call center agents, medical professionals, entertainers, post production crews ... and people like "me" ... yes, me! the odd shift 3D artist who usually goes home around 3 - 4-ish in the morning. I've just been informed that our company issued a memo for the guard not to let everyone out till 6 a.m., so that's 2 extra hours of waiting time for me :( Good thing tomorrow's a holiday.

Thanks a lot guys! Grrr! ... I mean what a poor excuse for a last ditch effort to clear themselves of their crimes, digging a deeper hole instead finding factual proof of their accusations against the government. Sure the government isn't perfect, we all know that ... but how can these people assume support without evidence! It would be easier to assume that thy are the guilty party since they can't come up with any despite all the media exposure, specially after being elected into office.

I don't agree with the coup either. The intentions are good but intentions are not enough. Nagpapagulo lang sila e.

Hassle but one day lang sya (right?).

arjay - yep, i also think that's what they should have done. i think they were just avoiding possible supporters to meet up.

ann - yep. can't they think of other things to expose the evils of the government.

you know what, i don't know ... i hope it's a one time thing, as that would really be a hassle.

I'm not a fan of the GMA presidency / administration, but I don't agree with the coup.

Ouch, extra 2 hours. You could always use the company's computers... and surf and blog. :p Or sleep. Bring a pillow.

The curfew was a pain in the ass, but you already know that. Good thing it was only for one day but it was totally unnecessary, I think they're just doing damage control, making sure nothing breaks loose overnight. I saw a news flash that 150 people were arrested because of the curfew. Ouch for them.

yep. good thing it was just for a day.

about the 150 arrested, i hope they were just drunks and not people who were trying to get home from work.
